Your GoMarty dashboard, explained
Everything you need sits in one place when you sign in. Here's what each part is for — and where to tap when you want to change something.
Overview — your week at a glance
Two numbers that matter: how many people visited your site this week, and how many contacted you (a WhatsApp, a call, an email or a quote request). Underneath, the same numbers for last week, so you can see if it's picking up. Once your site is two weeks old, a small bar chart shows visitors week by week.
Also on the Overview: your latest audit score, and whether any payment is waiting.
My website — your site, in one tab
- To do. If something needs you — usually setting up the monthly payment — it's at the top with a Sort it now button. If nothing does, it simply says All good.
- Your website. Your address and a button to open the site.
- Site health. We check your site every week for speed, how Google reads it, and security. You see the score out of 100 and anything that's on our list to fix — fixing it is our job, not yours.
- Found on Google. How often your site showed up in Google searches and which searches led people to you. New sites take a few weeks before Google shares numbers.
- Who contacted you. The last 30 days: every quote request (with the customer's name, the job, their suburb and a photo if they added one) and every tap on your WhatsApp, call, email or booking button. Quote requests are also emailed to you the moment they arrive.
Settings — the things you set once
At the bottom of My website, one list with four rows. Tap a row to open it:
- Your details — tagline, services and prices, hours, areas, phone, WhatsApp, email, colours, and which sections show on your site. Save and your site rebuilds itself in about a minute. (The full walkthrough: how to edit your own website.)
- Your own domain — connect an address like yourbusiness.co.za to your site.
- Monthly billing — set up or check the R299/month.
- Google Search Console — optional, for owners who want Google's own view of their site. (Plain-English guide.)
Website audits
Your free scan and any paid audits, each with its score and a link to the full report. If a scan is running, you'll see each check tick off as it goes — it usually takes about a minute.
Payments — in the top menu
Your monthly billing status at the top, and every payment you've made below it, with dates and amounts. Nothing to dig for.
Account — also in the top menu
Your name, business name, website and phone (tap Edit profile), how you sign in, and — at the bottom — the option to delete your account and everything in it.
Help — whenever you're stuck
Tap Help in the top menu (the speech-bubble icon on your phone). You get instant answers to the common questions, and if you have a monthly plan you can type your own question to Marty, our assistant, who answers from your account details. Marty can't change anything on your account; for anything that needs doing, email hello@gomarty.net — a person reads it, usually within a day.
