Sections, forms and plugins: what to choose
When you plan your GoMarty site, you choose what goes on it. Here's what each choice does. Nothing here is permanent: you can change all of it after you're live, for free.
Start with one question: what should customers do?
- Book an appointment. For salons, barbers, and anyone with a diary.
- Ask for a quote. For work that's different every time, like building or painting.
- Phone or WhatsApp you. For urgent work, like a burst pipe.
Your answer becomes your main button. Your call and WhatsApp buttons are always there too.
Sections
- Services and prices. The heart of most sites. Real prices stop a lot of "how much?" messages.
- Photo gallery. Your real work. We ask for at least 3 photos if this is on.
- About you. People like to know who they're dealing with.
- Meet the team. Useful if customers deal with more than one person.
- Customer reviews. Real words from real customers, exactly as they said them.
- Questions and answers. The things people always ask.
- Opening hours and areas you cover. Areas also help Google match you to people nearby.
- Find us and contact. Your address and email.
- Your own section. Name it and tell us what goes in it, like "Bridal packages" or "Gift vouchers". We design it to match.
Forms
- Booking request. Service, day and time. You confirm it. More on bookings →
- Quote request. Details of the job, and a customer can attach a photo.
- Simple message. Name, number and a message.
- No form. Just your buttons.
You choose which questions it asks. Name and phone number always stay. Everything sent through your form is emailed to you and listed on your dashboard.
Plugins
Plugins are extras from our own approved list. You can't install outside code, which is part of what keeps your site fast and safe.
- Online booking link. Adds a Book now button to your Booksy, Cal.com, Fresha or other booking page.
- Google reviews. Your real Google reviews on your site, refreshed every week. Nothing else on your site changes when they refresh.
- Specials banner. A strip across the top for a special you're running.
- Holiday closure notice. Shows only between the dates you choose, then disappears by itself.
- After-hours notice. Tells visitors to WhatsApp you when you're closed.
- Google map. A button that opens your address in Google Maps.
- Leave a Google review. A button asking happy customers for a review.
- Facebook and Instagram. Links to your pages.
- YouTube video. Shows one of your videos, and only loads it when tapped.
Sensible starting points
- Salon or barber: booking, services and prices, gallery, about you, reviews, hours, plus your booking link if you have one.
- Plumber or electrician: phone or WhatsApp, services, areas, about you, reviews, hours, plus the after-hours notice.
- Builder or painter: quote request, gallery first, services, areas, reviews.
We pre-tick a sensible set for hair and beauty and for plumbers and similar trades. Change whatever you like.
See your actual site before you pay anything. R1,500 once-off + R299/month, no contract.
